      The Toronto Office is a fun place to work

      Pros

      -Growing rapidly, there is opportunity for growth if you are a self starter and develop yourself -The employees are smart, talented, and eager to grow and learn - -Work culture is amazing with beer fridays, bbq's, coffee, etc

      Cons

      -Work life balance - lots of over time (Company culture and the people are highlighted to be the first priority, but is not always visible. There is an unspoken expectation to continuously work) -Support system is lacking by management - not a place for juniors or people who are looking to develop over time, with the right leadership -Political environment - there is some kind of lack in communication

      Pros

      I enjoy the atmosphere and working with friendly like minded colleagues. Everyone is considerate and takes the time get to know one and other, we laugh and have lunches together. Sourced regularly put on staff events which allow us to socialise, makes it feel comfortable and homely.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be hard to schedule a time when all of the staff are available. However, we make it happen, as we would not want anyone to miss out.
