Most of the reviews here are blaming the acquisition by Amdocs, but I feel it is natural to be culturally eaten by the parent company
There are more compelling issues such as:'
- Inability to grow business, some of the accounts have been stagnant for years, with the group milking the most of some pointless topics such as RMIT, and compliance related blog posts
- Increasingly poor reputation due to link to Amdocs - which generally have poor working environment (you can search all over Glassdoor for this)
- Poor hiring strategy - despite not growing the business, company hired some of the best candidates out there, surprisingly process was quite rigorous, but at the end of the day, the hiring is just to fill the bench
- Management issues - project and people management is poor, consultants have no say to give feedback to projects assigned
