There are no pros to this company. If there were it was all lost when the company got acquired and change from the Devops Group to Sourced Group.
Cons
- Toxic company culture. - Management haven't the faintest idea about running a company or managing staff. - Brash decisions made without consulting facts. - Emotionally charged environment. - Treat customers with distain and disgust with internal jokes and unwillingly to accommodate customers requests. - No direction, no pulse within the company, hence why founder and key people left. - Terrible work life balance, favoured staff members take holiday at a drop of a hat, even though the project is failing and when non-favoured staff members take it with plenty of prior notice its an offence. - The worst company I have ever worked at.
