Poor ratios, focus only on the company making money, you have to be very diligent on ensuring pt safety and protecting your license.

Great team and supervisors. You will learn alot and gain lots of clinical experience.

Cons

Lots of changes and work from corporate. Constant work where you can't even get a lunch. Prioritize going home on time.
