Could Be So Much Better - But it’s a Money Making Business

Pros

I LOVED most of the nurses, MHT’s and immediate supervisors. Most of the nurses and MHT’s actually do care about our patients.

Cons

Insurance Sucks. Those in charge hear complaints from staff that THEY are responsible for causing and throw it back on the staff. They do not take care of their staff.

Pros

There are truly phenomenal people working at the hospital whose hearts will not allow them to leave the place due to their commitment and compassion for their patients!! It’s a family like feel between low level and mid-level employees. Also, awesome scheduling coordinator! He goes above and beyond to staff the units to his best ability and works with you to give you the desired schedule. Great benefits if you’re a nurse.

Cons

Too many to list. Honestly… how is this hospital still open? This place favors employees with flexible morals who does not mind falsifying documents.
