Pros
I have been working for SE long enough to see the value and excellence that is a common theme throughout the organization. They strive to always do the right thing for their customers while also creating positive culture and growth track for all of their employees. I appreciate that the CEO has an open door policy and is fully engaged in fostering a great company that get's the job done but also has some fun and community along the way.
Cons
The workload is sometimes challenging, which is expected with a growing company, but I feel the HR has been doing a great job over the last 12 months to make sure that responsibilities are shared equally distributed where possible.
