Health Insurance is below par. You have to meet a high deductible before it kicks in My department is more like a "Boys Club" No procedures are in writing so department can make them up as they want

- The schedule was made around my class schedule - Co-workers were very willing to cover morning and afternoon shifts - Friendly atmosphere, everyone got along

Cons

- Co-workers were not as willing to cover evening shifts (understandable) - Having to manage people that came in on guest passes that weren't always friendly
