They realized their student workers are actually there for school and were very flexible with my schedule.

Cons

The only downside was that there were not many hours available and the pay was low.

There was a lot of autonomy to do your own thing which was good.

Cons

The school was in a lot of financial trouble from the state, rising tuition costs, increased admissions but lack of retention. There was not a lot of room for upward mobility.
