Business Outlook
Pros
Good base pay with some added benefits. Really good medical insurance coverage. Upper management is great and they were very helpful with giving advice and helping out as needed.
Cons
Long hours with hard deadlines to hit. Can be a very stressful environment with outside factors playing a part in how your shift might end up. Work-life balance is difficult especially if you are on the OB or IB shift. Vacation time is limited at first.
