No vacation 1st year. At 2 years get 2 weeks and can’t get 3 weeks until 8 years of employment. No sick or personal days. Long hours. hard work and integrity does not pay off. Company has no structured way to promote people, its all left to the judgement of the service center managers. This definitely leads to discrimination unintentionally for minorities are being (Adversely Impacted) by the hiring and promoting practices within this company. They will promote and hire managers who treat people like crap thus they don’t value people like they say. And i hate to use words like racist but sometimes the company can come off that way. If you work in the office part time in the evening, while the pay is good, the environment if toxic. The department is mostly women with an almost nonexistent manager to oversee the work, creating a petty and volatile environment. Promotion is based primarily on seniority and there are very rarely opportunities for full-time.
