      Great values and cultures. Company really cares about you and your career. Great pay and benefits

      I have been through 6 different managers in 2 different service centers and a lot of them have very poor communications

      No layoff policy. 50 to 60 hours a week in summertime but rotation in winter months.

      Cons

      Sort and segregation of freight. 12 to 14 hour days. No overtime. Straight time pay

      Good pay and benefits. Loved the people I worked with just not the ones I worked for.

      Constant micro managing, bullying, and intimidation to get their desired results. Ever thought of valuing someone to get even better results?
