Pros
Management believes in the people who work here. I feel valued as an employee. The people who work at Southeastern are the best, friendly, helpful, caring, knowledgeable and on and on. Management walks the talk. They believe in their commitment to Serve and encourage employees to do the same. They have a Chaplin on hand that comes around each week to chat with each person individually. He will pray with you or just talk. Very comforting. No judgement of anyone.
Cons
There is an important Con but I believe this is with all trucking companies, the time you have to work to earn vacation is hard. 8 years for 3 weeks.
