Pros

Privately owned yet highly competitive regional LTL carrier that prides itself on customer service as well as valuing its employees. Very well maintained fleet and equipment. Excellent health and dental benefits.

Cons

Not much I can think of besides a slight degree of nepotism as can be expected in a private owned company. Also no Overtime incentive when working over 40 hours thanks to the exemption set forth in 1935 under the FLSA.
