Pros
Some of the best bosses I've ever had. Great listeners. The goal is for everyone to work together for both company and personal success within the company. Lots of long term employees, which says a lot these days.
Cons
PTO could/should be improved. No sick time - comes straight out of vacation time and/or the three personal days a year. When office is wiped out because of flu - all your PTO is eaten up. Don't tell new hires that this policy is in line with other carriers. Be better than the rest and stand out.
