      Pay is good starting out.

      Cons

      They don't value their workers. Very petty and bully environment in training. Hard to get past training. Trainers make their own rules, lie, bully, and talk badly about trainees if they don't like them personally. So getting hired isn't based off performance.

      High pay, easy tasks, ability to work more hours when needed, fast paced, Monday-Friday, retirement options for part-timers

      Cons

      If you work in the office part time in the evening, while the pay is good, the environment if toxic. The department is mostly women with an almost nonexistent manager to oversee the work, creating a petty and volatile environment. Promotion is based primarily on seniority and there are very rarely opportunities for full-time.
