Pros

One of the main reasons I enjoy working at SEFL is the company keeps the cost of insurance down. I've been with them for 3 years and don't have any major complaints. When the economy tanked they didn't lay anyone off or cut back wages. The management seems to listen to employees and makes changes when deemed necessary.

Cons

Sometimes there is not enough equipment in different areas and makes the job more burdensome than it should be.
