Pros

Good pay Good co-workers chance to meet new people on routes

Cons

Management doesn't care. And forces employees to use the company they chose and not your Dr. for sleep apnea.

Pros

Job security, if you want to move up, this is a good company that likes to hire from within the company

Cons

Odd hours, the more money you make as a hourly associate " line haul or combo" the less family time. Health benefits are mediocre.

Pros

Out of all the jobs I've had in my life this company is far and away the best I've worked for. The company as a whole genuinely cares for its employees.

Cons

The hours aren't traditional 9 to 5 but that's not a huge deal. Maybe a more clear and defined path for employees that would like to move upward in the company.
