No clear training or new hire structure. They hire you for one position and have you doing the work "training" for another. It took over 6 months before I was actually selling anything and even then, I wasn't given clear objectives in how I could make a decent commission. The continuously move your territory to prevent you from being able to accumulate commissions. This company could be great but their lack of business "know-how" prevents them from attaining their goals as well.

The worst sales job in GA. The worst commissions on Earth (it really is only about half of one percent: 0.0006 of your sale on average). Back-stabbing liars who live to kiss each others' butts and talk garbage about others around them not in their "girl manager" clique... disgusting hole to work in, anti-employee oriented dishonest company with the worst organization and even worse training and culture. Sexist, age discriminating, disability mocking, theft, lies and fraud are all normal daily observations that mean very little once you see how horrible it is to work there a second day. It is run by an untouchable bully who breaks labor laws faster than you can write them down. The most depressing and God-awful place to work I've ever seen but after this place, EVERYWHERE else seems nice. Less than zero stars.
