Pros

A fun, fast-paced environment. Casual dress code and a strong sense of community. Extremely caring C-level management that filters down to the floor captains. Great compensation and the ability to do extremely well if you're a driven person. The SCW team feels like a family!

Cons

Hours can be long during busy season but that just means your making money!

Great people to work with everyday. Low stress sales

Cons

lower starting pay and a commission plan that favors the more established reps. Would have liked a different commission plan

Pros

SCW has a fun, energetic and dynamic work environment. They promote working together as team players! Everyone helps each other, and efforts are always acknowledged. That is something so hard to find! Added bonuses of lunch and learns and team building initiatives. I love working here!!

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind!
