Pros

Great teammates, fair pay for position, hour lunch.

Cons

Cliquish management, low commission for amount of territories, management changes your numbers to make you look bad.

Changes are making a difference

Pros

A strong family environment where you aren't just a number to the CEO and other top executives. Non traditional benefits make the difference such as allowing children to come to work as needed during school breaks. Plenty of room for advancement if you work hard. Newly created HR and Business/Strategic development departments are improving the on boarding process to ensure everyone gets the training needed to be successful.

Cons

Smaller company so salaries and traditional benefits such as insurance aren't great, but for the size of the company is nice they offer something. Lack of incentives to keep current employees happy such as additional paid days off or bonuses.

You make such little money that you qualify for government welfare.

Cons

This place would be a step backwards for a mcdonalds fast food worker.
