Pros

SCW has made major improvements in training this year. Also, connecting the teams and growing together. Last year was a bit rough to be fair, but changes have been made that have helped immensely. The group here are amazing and work well together.

Cons

It would be nice to have some 401k matching. Also, if the insurance costs could be less.

80% of the other reps were great people and very helpful.

Cons

Probably the most toxic and dysfunctional company I’ve ever worked for. Extremely cliquish, and little to no training on company’s procedures and systems.
