Pros

Barely any....maybe some of the discounts? They were honestly better before our clinic sold though.

Cons

Too many to list. They preached hardly anything would change, kiss our butts when they first came in, etc. Then when they took over, all hell broke loose and they did not care. They don't care if you want to advance and if you are giving your all, either. They just take. They avoid communicating at all cost, about anything. They are clearly not an Equal opportunity employer, as they discriminated again certain individuals for disabilities, race, and just the fact that some individuals did not like certain people and made that loud and clear. They made it known that your life would be miserable, and it was. Then when others want to be on the "good side" and join in the bullying, it was supported and encouraged it. Think about going to corporate to discuss or report it? Go ahead, it made no difference, they dismissed you and disregarded the entire ordeal, despite certain individuals having MULTIPLE complaints against their morals (or lack thereof) and actions from our clinic and others in the surrounding areas. Eventually, we had a mass exodus and the company didn't bother with exit interviews, but emailed out surveys two months after the facts. I spent two hours thoroughly filling one out, with specific concerns that should certainly be addressed, with even some legal things in there that they really should want to investigate. Nada. The only place it got me too was a bad review when applying to my next job, so that's professional. Steer clear of this company and save yourself the time.
