The benefits package and compensation were reasonable.

Cons

Extremely weak leadership at the corporate level and a complete inability to support the hospitals they own. Substantial amount of hospital leadership turnover and a large number of incumbent owners leaving rather than working for them.

SVP has an amazing culture with wonderful people. It is truly enjoyable to come to work every day and have a positive impact on veterinary medicine. They also feed us often and have fun perks like nitro cold brew coffee on tap and game nights!

Cons

I can honestly say that there are none.
