It could be worse I guess? They didn’t ruin everything.

Cons

Did not value feedback or maintaining clients. Would not allow us to stop taking new clients even as we were busier than we could possibly handle. This alienated staff and good long term clients. Did not respond to multiple employee complaints of sexual harassment and retaliated against reporters.

Cons

Little to no support for Hospital Managers when it comes to insubordinate team members and getting the backing from HR to document. SVP does not see a mostly toxic team that does not want to improve with severely poor work ethics as a problem and would rather sweep the problems under the rug. Hospital Managers are expected to be a one man Continuous Improvement Team instead of the actual corporate team coming in to assist with alarming issues that were hidden from HM applicants.
