Pros
I had positive experience at SPP. I work with very nice people. Everyone is helpful. They rave about their culture which is good. Work is challenging but enjoyable. I believe I had a good work-life balance there. They pay well for Arkansas and have good benefits; also have good annual bonus for performance. They have a lot of perks and events for employees. The office is in nice part of time and is very up-to-date. They have generous time off and let you work remotely if needed time-to-time.
Cons
Lack of professional training. They have a lot of internal training but it doesn't quite cover your job and help you grow professionally. Also, management sometimes becomes too much of a micromanagement. Managers seem to do a lot of engineering work which steers them away from actually managing employees.
