      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Lots of volunteer opportunities for charities. Friendly people to work with. President has good vision.

      Cons

      Lots of managers and some executives who are not good at their jobs. Not good with people and not good at managing process. HR staff is weak overall. Not very good at dealing with personnel issues.

      High salary ranges. Performance-based bonus.

      Cons

      Do your research. Know what you are getting into. The emphasis on culture is sometimes to the detriment of employees who do not follow along.

      Mostly great people. Interesting work. Good industry.

      Cons

      Poor follow through. Lack of midlevel (Manager) leadership. Lots of talk… very little walk. Great vision at the top. Good talk from Directors. Many Managers are pretenders at best.
