Lack of a culture of compliance. Lack of willingness to address accountability issues. Manages organization by nostalgia rather than understanding potential long term threats and issues.

Lots of opportunities to move around or move up. About 1000 employees so its big but not too big. Very competent CEO, directors and upper management.

Cons

All positions are in Little Rock and only a few are rarely allowed to work remote.
