We do experience a very busy season during peak tax times in the U.S. We do our best to be upfront about those commitments when we hire new employees, so I am hopeful that you did not view busy season as a surprise. We recognize that it can be stressful – but the work is vital to providing the services necessary to keep our promise to our customers. We do offset these busy times with increased flexibility during our non-peak season and encourage employees to make use of our flexible time off policy.
