I appreciate you leaving a review. It´s nice to hear you enjoyed benefits such as the % of salary in USD , Vouchers and our recently launched LinkedIn Learning tool. It is true that at the end of July we had to make some very difficult decisions regarding reducing staff. The decision to part ways with an employee is never an easy one and multiple factors are considered. Sometimes following a reduction employees can express concerns about the amount of increased workload. I’m sorry to hear you experienced extreme pressure. At this moment at Sovos, we are each challenging ourselves to think differently about the work we have been doing. This means that inevitably some of the previous priority's teams had have to change and teams have to adapt to maintain a healthy level of work life balance. We maintain an open-door culture so that employees can express these concerns and leaders can provide clarity and take action to ensure the workload is still reasonable.
