Hello, thank you for your review. We agree that flexibility is extremely important for our teams and are proud of the “in person with a purpose” approach we’ve adapted to. Our flexible work environment is one of the great benefits (alongside flexible time off, a strong focus on career development and more) that complements competitive salaries to deliver the Sovos Total Rewards approach. I do have a different perspective on focusing attention on our employees. We believe in a world class company culture, that can only be powered by our team. To me, our culture is our core values, and it is remarkable to see our core values in action every day across our vibrant and connected global team.
