Marketing support that grew. Kick off location.

Cons

Not enough sales training for staff - focus on process at bootcamp and not on skills. The product is not ready - completely under-developed leaving sales and implementation team in awkward position post sale. Offices are in poor locations - in cost saving locations therefore not attractive to young talent.

I’m glad you called out the team environment – collaboration is one of our core values and our people are the best part about working at Sovos. I’m bummed that you perceive our turnover to be high – it actually decreased last year and has been on a continual downward trend. We'll try to do a better job of sharing those data points in the future. In the meantime, we are happy to have you as a part of our Sales organization.
