Normally I appreciate all feedback but the nature of this review is not fair or constructive. Sovos fosters a challenging environment, where hard-working, career-minded, ambitious and talented people can grow. We understand and acknowledge that is not for everyone. To be sure, though, discrimination is not tolerated at Sovos, has no place in our culture, and it is in direct conflict with our core values. We never have and we never will prevent people from advancing their careers or terminate them because they are different. Ever. Full stop.
