      Pros

      The culture at Sovos is truly astounding. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and it isn't uncommon for team members to go out for lunch or play a game of ping pong in the game room. Everyone at the company values Professionalism, Collaboration, Accountability, Adaptability, and Pro-activity as core values across the team. It was easy to enjoy work each day, and everyone was eager to teach and learn from others, no matter the level of employment within the company.

      Cons

      It is often said that a good culture in a company comes at a price. In this case, the compensation isn't as competitive as some companies with stricter, more traditional business environments.

      Pros

      I've been at Sovos over four years, and am just now writing a review. The work here is challenging, but tremendously rewarding. The culture is high integrity, and the value we are providing clients is immense. I believe the upside we have right now is unbelievable.

      Cons

      It's not for everyone, but that's OK. For those that are a fit, a career can be built.

      Pros

      Good company if you like free hand outs and brown nosing. As long as you play the part and "drink the koolaid" you'll fit it. If you know somebody in the company you're in good hands. They talk about new business and "greenfield" but all this company lives off of is upselling or as they call it "white space". But they praise "white space" like it's new business.

      Cons

      Upper management gets promotions after half the sales team turns over. They talk about "core value" and there none.
