At Sovos, we strongly believe in our “Be Accountable” core value, which allows our employees to take ownership for results and improve organizational performance from anywhere in the company. While the majority of our team embraces this value, we do need to address employees whose performance is unsatisfactory. It’s unfortunate, but a reality of striving to build a workplace filled with talented, engaged, and inspired people.
