Pros
I recently posted a review titled "Avoid STS"...they changed the department title to "compliance services associate", we use to be called analysts...maybe by changing to associate they are hoping employees will expect less?
Cons
Absolutely avoid. refer to my last post--awful environment, truly toxic. sleezy gross operation. the fact that they have to trick people into accepting/interviewing for the position is sad (this in itself should be enough to keep you away)!!! you have been warned. :)
