Our most recent All Company meeting dives into these details and what actions will need to be taken. Your perspective is invaluable, and we will work to bridge the gap between the board and our employees. Regarding salary revisions, we recognize that this is a critical area for many of our team members. We strive to balance our budgetary constraints with the need to offer competitive compensation. There are global teams working on how we can improve pay transparency by department and enhancing our benefits.
