We also understand and take seriously your concerns regarding career progression, pay increases, and workload variety. We are committed to providing transparent opportunities for advancement and regularly reviewing our career development programs. Our goal is to ensure that every team member has a clear understanding of potential career trajectories, and the steps needed to achieve their professional goals. We also have a performance review system that is designed to recognize and reward contributions fairly, and we are committed to ensuring that pay increases are clearly communicated and based on merit and market benchmarks. As a reminder, we recently launched an employee-lead engagement group focused on taking action on their concerns with compensation, and the implementation plans will be shared in the next few weeks. Finally, we strive to provide a range of projects and responsibilities to keep work engaging and fulfilling. We encourage employees to share their interests and preferences, and we are exploring ways to offer more diverse opportunities to match those interests. Thank you for sharing your feedback — we value your insights greatly. I agree that our teams are made up of motivated individuals who bring their best selves to work each day to serve our customers and our global business. Sovos has been, and continues to be, deeply committed to investing in our people. Over the past year, we have significantly increased our investments in global enablement and business training, including certification programs for recently launched products and comprehensive training toolkits for each function to help employees build new skills and advance in their roles. We have also reintroduced our mentoring program and enhanced our focus on inclusive leadership through initiatives such as manager debriefs and development sessions. Regarding compensation, we regularly evaluate our salaries to ensure they remain competitive within our markets, and we offer benefits packages tailored to the specific needs of each country. To further address employee feedback, we recently launched an engagement working group focused on compensation, where employees discussed their concerns and proposed specific actions. Our global employee base can expect to hear more about the implementation plans in the coming weeks. We remain committed to providing resources to support career growth, and we encourage employees to reach out to their local HR representative or direct manager to learn more. My door is always open as well — I am here to help. Colleen Schlagel Chief Talent Officer
