Hello, thank you for sharing your thoughts. I can agree that the work-life flexibility at Sovos is excellent as we are able to provide employees with the ability to work remotely, while also sustaining an efficient working environment. Inclusivity has been a top priority for us and will continue to be as we progress throughout our new fiscal year. As our business is growing and changing, I understand that you may have felt unclear on our plans moving forward. We have improved our internal communications initiatives and hold all-company meetings, hosted by executives, to stay connected on these topics at least once a month, sometimes more. While we are headquartered in the US, there are clear plans for our global company as we continue to expand throughout the world. We are investing in our people now more than ever and have global teams, made up of managers and individual contributors, that are helping us dive deeper into our engagement surveys and learn from experts, brainstorm and ultimately implement several ideas company-wide within FY25. We recognized improvements needed to be made and are actively working to improve our internal processes. Thank you for your contributions to the team throughout your time spent with us, we wish you the best of luck as you move forward. - Dominic Constandi, Chief Customer Officer

Pros

Minneapolis local employees and leadership are excellent.

Cons

Executive leadership is tanking the company. Lots of layoffs, poor pay, no room for advancement, transitioning jobs overseas.

Thank you for your feedback and appreciate you recognizing our outstanding Minneapolis team. We completely agree – the talent and dedication of our employees is impressive. I feel fortunate to be part of such an exceptional group of people. The past year at Sovos has been one of great change mainly driven by our desire to improve performance across every area of the organization in the face of our ambitious new vision: to transform compliance into a force for growth. The changes we’ve brought forth have been overwhelmingly positive for our customers, we are a stronger global competitor in the market, and we’ve seen most financial metrics reflect that. However, we realize change is never easy for employees and sometimes they feel the burden of those changes most. But let me be very clear in saying there is no measure that would substantiate your belief we are tanking the company. We also realize we are in challenging economic times where rising costs have made it increasingly difficult for employees to afford every day life. The same is true for Sovos. The rising wages and demands for higher pay have forced us to look at alternative staffing measures to ensure we can continue to bring in the right level of talent in a fiscally responsible manner. We have been shifting jobs outside of the US for many years, partly due to the fact roughly a third of our business is outside of the US. But we’ve also made that movement to keep our internal costs in line in an economy where many companies are just passing along all increased costs to customers. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you all the best as you to continue your career journey elsewhere. - Gregg Spratto, Chief Operating Officer
