Hello, thank you for sharing your thoughts. I am pleased to hear that you are taking advantage of our flexible time off program and enjoy the ability to work from home. I also want to acknowledge that it is great to hear that our managers and your direct coworkers are supportive and helpful in a great time of change here at Sovos. With that, I see that you do not feel the same way about upper management and feel a lack of job security. We are in a period of time where change and adaptability are upon us, and we feel that, in order to support our partners, investors, and employees, we have needed to make meaningful change to our business for success. In simpler terms, some of our teams may not fit the mold we need to transform into in order to remain competitive in our market. Although we are making these adjustments, there is still an opportunity to grow within your role. I encourage you to speak with your direct manager or myself directly about career development opportunities we offer. We never like to lose team members, but we are investing more in people than we ever have in the company’s history. Additionally, I agree that communication can always be improved, and we are working on ways to stay more connected and ensure our teams are informed of all things Sovos in real time. Recognition is very important to us as well, and we will continue to highlight our top performers and project completions when we connect as an organization at large. I have just returned from our Sovos Global Sales Kick Off, and the feedback we’ve gotten from teams has been astoundingly positive and motivated for the opportunities ahead of us! I hope you can see what many of your teammates do.
Please reach out to me directly if you have any questions or concerns as your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Alice Katwan - President, Revenue
