Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback. I completely agree with your take on our industry – we are lucky to have a non-optional solution in a market in a moment of transformation. Now, it’s up to meet that moment! I also agree with your take on our amazing team, as do many of your colleagues. One of top pieces of feedback I hear is how much people love working with their Sovos team members. I do want to correct your comment on employee churn: while its inevitable that some team members will choose to move on from Sovos, our recent turnover rate has been the lowest in our history. I’m glad you mention culture, because Sovos has always had a strong company culture and maintaining and evolving that culture has been and remains, a priority for us. When people ask me to describe our culture, I tell them about our core values – Be Professional, Be Adaptable, Be Inclusive, Be Proactive, Be Collaborative, Be Accountable. We often refer to these values as “how we behave”, because “how we behave” is our culture. It is remarkable to see our core values in action every day across our vibrant and connected global team. Particularly as we go through a period of remarkable and impactful change at Sovos right now, as we make the transition from individual point solutions to the global industry-leading platform that our customers need. Thank you for your review. I agree that we are constantly taking on new challenges in our field as we continue to grow and change as a company. We are excited to be focusing on bringing a consolidated platform to our global customers and the work our product development teams do is critical to ensure this success in both new and existing markets. As far as your comment on our lack of willingness to improve processes, I believe this has changed drastically since the time you have spent here. We have implemented many new ideas and projects to help our teams streamline processes and find more success and opportunities to assist our partners and customers. While have made impressive progress, there is a lot of work that still needs to be done to get to a place where we are comfortable as the market leader. Short term gains are not what we strive for here at Sovos; we want to invest in our employees and see them grow to their highest potential. This is why we focus on creating and maintaining a culture where employees are both challenged and enabled to bring their careers to the next level, supported by great managers across the globe.
