      Pros

      Sovos is a growing company that offers a great environment to work in. The transition process into the company was made painless by there training teams and HR.

      Cons

      No downside that i have encountered so far. I believe that the Health insurance could be better as it is a HDHP.

      Pros

      Great career advancement for entry level sales. This year is going to be big for ACA and FATCA.

      Cons

      The sales cycle can be hit and miss, we work in a make market. Our product is elite compared to the rest of the marketplace though.

      Pros

      Great communication within teams. Managers show a genuine interest in your personal growth and development. Very friendly atmosphere, yet not too relaxed that nothing is getting done. With new acquisitions and company growth, standout individuals have been able to advance.

      Cons

      Some departments have different experiences, and may not be on the same page. It's an ongoing process, but we seem to be taking the necessary steps to right the ship and continue our success.
