Thank you for your review. I agree that we are constantly taking on new challenges in our field as we continue to grow and change as a company. We are excited to be focusing on bringing a consolidated platform to our global customers and the work our product development teams do is critical to ensure this success in both new and existing markets. As far as your comment on our lack of willingness to improve processes, I believe this has changed drastically since the time you have spent here. We have implemented many new ideas and projects to help our teams streamline processes and find more success and opportunities to assist our partners and customers. While have made impressive progress, there is a lot of work that still needs to be done to get to a place where we are comfortable as the market leader. Short term gains are not what we strive for here at Sovos; we want to invest in our employees and see them grow to their highest potential. This is why we focus on creating and maintaining a culture where employees are both challenged and enabled to bring their careers to the next level, supported by great managers across the globe. Regular feedback opportunities, both top down and bottom up, ensure we stay focused on accomplishing long term goals while celebrating important milestones along the way. I want to thank you for your thoughts and dedication to Sovos, and I wish you the best of luck with your career. - Eric Lefebvre, Chief Technology Officer

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We believe the remote working experience has allowed us to grow significantly in the past few years, opening up our roles to gain more talent and “dip our toes in” to new markets and intelligent individuals around the world. I agree that the people here at Sovos make this company the best place to work! We truly value our customers and hold our teams to high standards when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Regarding your thoughts on pay, we do re-evaluate our compensation structures regularly and are committed to providing competitive and fair compensation to our employees. We will continue to do so in the future. If you are curious about how you can grow within Sovos, please use our career development resources including open conversations with your manager, our SharePoint pages, and e-learning systems like Sovos U and LinkedIn Learning. I do have to disagree with your comments on collaboration across departments. This is so important at Sovos as we have to communicate with other departments, especially within our client facing roles. Our customer journey does not begin and end with our Services teams. We serve as a proactive partner for Sovos customers, orchestrating and delivering value throughout the entire customer journey to Earn Advocacy. None of our services are completely hands off for clients, so while we take away a large amount of the burden of these processes, we interact and communicate with clients throughout. If you want to learn more about our Customer Journey and how you can help improve their experience with collaboration across teams, please reach out to me. Thank you again for your review, we appreciate it very much. - Dominic Constandi, Chief Customer Officer

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. I am glad to hear you felt secure at Sovos during such an uncertain time for people across the globe. While I wasn’t here personally during your tenure, from what I understand, the company worked hard to navigate these challenging times together with employees. I agree with the importance of growth and being provided with a clear career path, and it’s something that I can say Sovos marketing the SDR teams will work on in the coming months. I’m a massive believer in the SDR function because I think it helps build critical sales and marketing skills, and those skills can serve as a foundation for other career paths. In addition to the annual performance reviews in place globally, I’m going to be partnering with sales leadership on creating a growth path for successful SDRs that want to be move into account executive roles in the future. Thank you for taking the time to share these thoughts; they are highly appreciated. We wish you the best of luck in your journey beyond Sovos. - Chris Lynch, Chief Marketing Officer
