Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that you recognized the success and respect that some of our product lines have earned in their respective spaces. We take great pride in the work we do and the impact our products have on our industry. We also understand and appreciate your concerns about compensation and turnover. These are critical issues that we take seriously. We are constantly evaluating our compensation plans to ensure they are competitive and align with the value our employees bring to the company. Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m so glad to hear that you felt supported by your day-to-day team and our organization’s flexible approach. Our flexibility and work-life balance is something we take very seriously and want to encourage our team members to take advantage of. Our industry moves at such a fast pace, it is critical our team members take the time off they need. I also appreciate your thoughts on our focus on our company vision, particular as it has evolved this year in alignment with a moment of transformation in our industry. We have always had a strong connection to our organization’s vision and growth ambitious, and year after year, I have seen that create a range of learning and career opportunities for employees to grow with Sovos! I am confident this moment is no different; although, in a moment of change, I can imagine it may not feel that way. I encourage you to take a look at the many internal opportunities we have – ranging from new job positions opening, training programs, completing certifications or looking into our Cloud Rotation program. While we provide these options for you, it is your responsibility to Be Accountable and Be Proactive. In other words, advocate for yourself and ask questions to get yourself where you want to be. Please reach out to your manager or myself directly to learn more about what you can do to grow in your career, I am happy to help. Thank you, Laura Handler Chief of Staff

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback. I completely agree with your take on our industry – we are lucky to have a non-optional solution in a market in a moment of transformation. Now, it’s up to meet that moment! I also agree with your take on our amazing team, as do many of your colleagues. One of top pieces of feedback I hear is how much people love working with their Sovos team members. I do want to correct your comment on employee churn: while its inevitable that some team members will choose to move on from Sovos, our recent turnover rate has been the lowest in our history. I’m glad you mention culture, because Sovos has always had a strong company culture and maintaining and evolving that culture has been and remains, a priority for us. When people ask me to describe our culture, I tell them about our core values – Be Professional, Be Adaptable, Be Inclusive, Be Proactive, Be Collaborative, Be Accountable. We often refer to these values as “how we behave”, because “how we behave” is our culture. It is remarkable to see our core values in action every day across our vibrant and connected global team. Particularly as we go through a period of remarkable and impactful change at Sovos right now, as we make the transition from individual point solutions to the global industry-leading platform that our customers need. As we move into FY25, we are launching several new initiatives and working groups focused on specific employee feedback. I hope you sign up for one of them! Feel free to reach out to me or directly to the Office of CEO to learn more about what is to come in the new fiscal year and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. We truly appreciate your feedback as it is extremely helpful to continue to improve our company. Laura Handler Chief of Staff
