      The company has come a long way in the past few years, from some pretty cool smaller software and services companies to a big multi-national software business. It is a wicked fun ride if you love to move quickly, embrace change and have a chance to contribute no matter where you sit in the organization. + Super fast changing market with room for a leader to emerge + Well defined culture with values that mean something + Lots of growth in Europe and South America means we work with a diverse global team every day

We are sure you have seen a lot in the 3+ years you have been working at Sovos as we have grown from 500 to more than 1,000 global employees across three continents. That kind of growth requires steadfast focus on creating a strong, values-driven culture, and I’m happy to see you see that as a strength. Growth isn’t easy, but we are actively investing in maintaining open, transparent communication throughout all our offices around the world.       Pros

      -Lots of room for personal development. Have had oppurtunities to grow my skill set beyond what is required in my position. -Lots of opportunity for moving into different roles and departments -Performance is rewarded. High performers are recognized and promotions based on performance are regular. -Great co-workers. My team is especially tight knit.

      Cons

      -There is a lot of re-organization of departments often with out a given reason before the dust really gets to settle. -standardization of workflows across business lines has meant that some teams have had to take steps backwards. -Long hours are required more often than they should
