Pros
- Incredible freedom to choose my own work and decide the best methods with which to solve a problem. - Company is always striving to improve, meaning there is always something new to learn, often allowing me to implement new solutions that I previously believed to be beyond my capabilities. - One of (if not the) most exciting space companies to be a part of with no signs of slowing down in the next few years! - Coworkers are all passionate talented people who like to work hard but know how important it is to take time for yourself and have fun.
Cons
- Yes you will probably work late, but not to the extent that the stereotype seems to portray. I typically work 50 hours a week which seems to be becoming the standard in the aerospace industry.
