Pros
Our mission: we're going to get humans to Mars. Nothing else compares. The culture: it's an anti-bureaucracy and your career is what you make it. We work hard and sometimes that involves long hours, but that's because we're all driven individuals who are excited about and engaged in our work. I appreciate the lack of micro-management. The food/coffee: I love the in-house baristas, and the really delicious subsidized food The holiday party: best.party.ever
