      History in the Making

      Pros

      Space X is a company that is always moving forward. They are making history happen whether you realize it or not. Innovation is a key factor here, and it is the momentum this company carries. Everyone here is expected to be excellent, so that means there will be challenges along the way. This is why people are only getting better at there job and why this company has such a great succession rate. What makes this place even better though is the great people that work here. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. Plus all the workers are wanting to be successful. I work in the Avionics floor and have nothing to complain about. They take care of you here and everything is always moving forward.

      Cons

      The are very few cons such as, working a longer hours and putting in a weekend day or two. This is what it takes to make success though.

      Pros

      Its a start up environment that really gives a wide range of skills and a lot of room to develop as an engineer. It also very much values its employess, makes for a more rewarding environment.

      Cons

      The parking situation is a bit tedious. It accounts for about 40 mins extra to the work day, its time that i would love to have back every day
