Pros
Your working on the newest, coolest technologies, at a company that is moving the fastest in the Aerospace industry. If you just want to get stuff done, then this is your company. The hours are also great, not the cushy 35-40hr/wks of other large aerospace/automotive companies, but no one is watching your hours arrive and leave as you need to just get your work done!
Cons
I am perplexed by the negative reviews. There definitely is a work-first mentality. It's not a social atmosphere and no one will seek you out/hold your hand, but everyone is helpful/knowledgeable and very friendly if asked. If you're a results driven person, who is hardworking, independent, and not afraid of self introductions then this is the company for you. If you need a strong social atmosphere at work and a manager to hold your hands through the first couple months... then this definitely is not the company for you.
