      Pros

      Easy-going company, great work life balance. Management has made some great changes over the last year or so. Easy to get involved with decision making/problem solving, and management actively looks for all team members to participate. No one is "just a number" here. There is definitely a family feel at Spanco

      Cons

      Couple of key positions need to be filled.

      Pros

      It would be unfair to read these reviews and not comment. I agree with much of what was discussed prior. I like the hours and work days schedule, the pay is on par, and almost everyone is highly talented and easy to work with. Overall this is a good place to work.

      I feel that at any job there will always be good and bad. Otherwise you live in a fantasy world.

      Pros

      Steady employment people aren't breathing down your neck good pay for entry level friendly management

      Cons

      Company benefits are expensive some lack of directions mostly small details that you learn to look out for but definitely frustrating learning experience and they sometimes have material shortages that lead to a lot of down time employees are kinda disposable tho
