      for a small company it does offer upward mobility, but of course not as much as a huge company might.

      Pros

      Small-company feel. Excellent potential for personal and career growth. If you have a desire to get ahead, Spanco is a perfectly sized company and perfectly positioned growing company where you can "wear many hats", contribute to positive change, get noticed, and grow with the company. Management listens to, recognizes, and most importantly, rewards strong performers who work to improve the company. Corporate culture and team spirit is excellent.
